During winter months allow your crickets to warm up after arrival apx 6 hours.

They go dormant in weather below 60 degrees they look completely dead.

How To Unpack Crickets:

Do not leave them in the shipping box.
We package them in newspaper or egg creates for their safety, keep them loose and insulated.
Adding solid food will crush them during shipment and power food don't work.
They don't need much air or food during shipment. They will survive.
So you should give them food at arrival (See Care Instructions).
We do not ship with paper instructions due to they will just eat the paper.

Open shipping box over/ inside another larger container (use plastic), You don’t want them running all over the place if you just open the box.

Warm them up in room temperature in a large container for 3-6 hours before assuming they are dead.
We add additional crickets to each order to cover any dead once on route.
(Life span of a cricket is apx. 7 to 8 weeks, our adults are between 5 to 6 weeks old, please take that in consideration).
Crickets shed their skin like a snake, it's white and some thinks they’re dead crickets but it's just their shell/skin.

Do not leave them in the shipping box.
We package them in newspaper for their safety, keep them loose and insulated.
Adding solid food will crush them during shipment and power food don't work.
They don't need much air or food during shipment. They will survive.
So you should give them food at arrival (See Care Instructions).
We do not ship with paper instructions due to they will just eat the paper.

Open shipping box over/inside another larger container (use plastic tray).
Remove any worms that is black, black means they are dead.

Before doing anything else, READ HOW TO CARE FOR WORMS.
DO NOT PUT SUPERWORMS IN THE REFRIGERATOR.

How To Unpack Waxworms AND Nightcrawlers:

Do not leave them in the shipping box.
They are inside their own container, you do not need to feed waxworms or nighcrawlers, All you need to do is put them in your refrigerator, just not too cold. Between 50-55 degrees.
